RDA approved societies hub, Rawalpindi: how to check a phase, not just a name
Warning This staging hub does not publish a full RDA society list. Phase 0 verified the method and the status traps, but it did not verify a dated, row-by-row RDA list. Publishing a copied aggregator list as "RDA-approved" would break the trust rule this site is built on. The full dated list is owed at the launch-day live RDA re-read, and this page will be updated with it then, with a date.
How to check, phase by phase
- Go to RDA's official website (rda.gop.pk as named in sources) — approved schemes list and fraud-warning/illegal notices.
- Search by exact name, phase, and extension. A scheme can be approved for one phase and not for its extension, and a revised phase is a different entry.
- Use Punjab's central Approved Housing Societies portal as a first filter only. RDA's own list is the confirmation.
- Write down status, phase/extension, and date checked. If the list you are reading has no date, treat it as stale.
Status types you will see — and what they mean

Three cases that confuse buyers
- "Approved" on an aggregator list. Competitor lists in the Phase 0 teardown were last updated April 2026, about 319 days old, or over 5 years old in page age, and used "Approved" for both final NOC and earlier approvals. A long list is not a current list.
- Fazaia. Fazaia appears on some lists but does not appear on RDA/CDA portals. It operates under the PAF Directorate of Estate Projects. Do not verify it on RDA, and do not list it as RDA-approved.
- Blue World City area vs extension. Competitor pages described its NOC area and extension differently. That is exactly why the phase/extension, not just the scheme name, must be checked on RDA's own list.
What the launch-day update must add
A dated table, one row per scheme and phase, with: scheme, phase/extension, land area if shown on RDA, status as shown on RDA, illegal-warning flag, and date checked. Until that table is added from the live RDA list, this page is a method page, not a list page — and it says so.
